The Christmas decorations were lovely and the staff provided great service. The pool temperature was perfect and we enjoyed the thermal waters. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions.

The location of the hotel was great and easy to find. The room had comfortable beds and a decent shower with hot water. The swimming pools were beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was also attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay with a decent breakfast every morning.

Great location near hot springs and good pools with picturesque surroundings. Room had a comfy bed and amazing views from the window. The staff was friendly and helpful when they weren't too busy.
Limited hours, and even during those hours, they were closed for cleaning. The ambiance was ruined with bright lights and cleaning noise from staff closing early.
